We recently had the pleasure of organizing a large-scale corporate event in Saïdia, Morocco, bringing together over 1,000 participants from Spain. Over the course of two unforgettable days, our team orchestrated a true festival of fun, customized beach activities, specially designed to meet the unique expectations of this international group.
Managing an event of this size is a true craftsmanship. From coordinated logistics, smooth arrivals, crowd flow management, safety measures, to ensuring participants’ comfort — every detail was carefully planned and executed so that guests could fully enjoy the experience, stress-free.
One of the standout moments of the event was the creation of a dedicated activity zone on the beach, designed like a pop-up festival village. More than 15 interactive and innovative activities were set up, including:
- Beach volleyball and football tournaments to spark team spirit
- A pop-up padel court, for a trendy sports touch
- Donkey polo, a fun and local twist that brought plenty of laughs
- Giant inflatable games, for pure fun and nostalgic joy
- Logigames (team puzzle and strategy challenges), to stimulate problem-solving
- Interactive workshops, live music, photo booths, and chill-out zones
- Henna and makeup area with a Moroccan touch, for a cultural immersion and a convivial moment much appreciated by the Spanish participants.
Each activity was carefully designed to combine fun, competition, and collaboration, while embracing the natural surroundings and tailored to the preferences of the Spanish audience. The result? Endless smiles, laughter, and lasting memories.
To close this incredible experience, we organized a spectacular fireworks display on the beach, creating a magical and unifying finale. The evening continued with a live DJ set, custom cocktails, and a catering service adapted to the group’s cultural preferences — a true celebration under the stars.
