Live a challenging, friendly, interactive experience and become the culinary Top Team! Composed of maximum 05 people, each team has 1 hour and a half to brainstorm, get organized and make an entry (hot or cold) and a hot main course of the same product and from a basket of identical products for each brigade. Each team is accompanied by the Chef of the Chef’s Workshop and candidates imagine their own recipes from the basket of products at their disposal. Once the dishes are prepared, time for a great tasting by the juries; with an evaluation grid to elect the best brigade.
