For several days, our teams were fully immersed in bringing to life a series of videos centered on team cohesion, transformation, and authentic team building. It all started with a simple idea: to tell a real story—the kind HR leaders experience before deciding to invest in their teams. The brief? Create a mini-series where people are at the heart, supported by thoughtful direction, iconic locations, and a shared energy.
Locations that speak for themselves
From the offices at Technopark, to the quiet aisles of Tanger City Mall, and the Hilton meeting room, each space was carefully chosen to represent a key step in the journey of our fictional HR manager, Samira. These settings weren’t picked at random: they symbolize strategic decisions, moments of doubt, and the turning points that shift a team’s dynamic.
Intense scenes… and plenty of laughter
Filming an ad also means experiencing the unexpected. Between takes, our teams shared genuine moments: last-minute tweaks, spontaneous laughter, retakes to capture just the right look and energy.
